All materials required to properly package, seal and ship your systems are already included with your system.  Please reference the instructions provided with your system to help locate any missing items or to better understand how to return your system.  

• UPS, USPS, & FedEx (Canada) pickups are free, regardless of the number of PureWay Systems you're sending.
• Pickup occurs on the scheduled day when your regular mail is delivered or schedule for a specific date.
• Systems should be properly sealed and ready for shipment at pickup for the mail carrier
